Privacy Policy

Information we collect

• Information you send us: if you email us, we receive your email address, your message and anything you choose to include, such as an Amazon order number.
• Automatically collected: our hosting provider logs technical data (IP address, browser, pages requested, date and time) for security and to keep the Site working.
• The Site has no forms, no accounts and no analytics or advertising tags.

How we use it

To answer your questions, help with assembly, parts or your order, operate and secure the Site, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell or share your personal information for advertising.

Cookies and local storage

The Site does not use cookies. The assembly guide and parts checklist remember your progress, and the Site remembers if you paused animations, using your browser’s local storage. That information stays on your device, is never sent to us, and you can clear it in your browser settings.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run the business and the Site, under their own privacy terms: Hostinger (hosting) and our email provider. We also share it when required by law.

Purchases on Amazon

FontPet products are sold on Amazon. When you follow a link to Amazon, your visit and any purchase are governed by Amazon’s own privacy notice and conditions of use, not this policy.

Retention and security

We keep emails for as long as needed to help you and for our records (up to 2 years), then delete them. We use reasonable safeguards, but no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you sent us by writing to sourcing@fontcommerceusa.com.

Changes

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version.
